Common questions
I never received my verification code.
Check your spam/junk folder first, then request a new code from the sign-in screen. Codes expire after a short window, so use the newest one. Still nothing? Email us and we'll look into it.
I got a new phone — is my progress gone?
No. Your progress (lessons, XP, streak, rank) is synced to your account. Install Wickly, sign in with the same email, and everything comes back.
How do I change my trader tag?
Profile → Trader tag. Tags are unique across all of Wickly and can be changed once every 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account. It's immediate and permanent — your account, progress, and leaderboard entries are all removed. You can also email us to request deletion.
Is Wickly free?
Yes — fully free during the beta. A paid "Funded" tier may arrive later via the App Store; the training core will stay free.
Is this real trading?
No. Everything in Wickly is simulated for education. No real money, no brokerage connections, no financial advice — see our Terms and Privacy Policy.
